SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) - VIP USER

This document establishes the terms and conditions for access to and use of the executive transportation platform operated by Route65 Executive LLC (hereinafter, "The Company"). By signing this agreement, you accept the standards of conduct, security, and privacy described herein.

The term "Founding Partner" or "VIP Member" used in our communications is industry slang denoting a relationship of exclusivity and preference in service. It does not, under any circumstances, imply legal ownership, shares, or participation in the capital stock of Route65 Executive LLC. You are a distinguished customer with preferential access.

As part of our launch, the first 100 registered users who maintain exemplary conduct and comply with safety protocols will be designated "Founding Partners". This status grants the benefit of 1 TOTALLY FREE TRIP after having completed and paid for 10 trips consecutively.

To protect the integrity of our drivers (Elite Leaders) and the company, the User agrees to:

• Maintain respectful treatment toward the driver at all times.
• Not request services outside the official platform to ensure armored traceability.
• Report any forgotten item or incident only through official channels.

Route65 Executive operates under an Advance Planning model. To guarantee the availability of an Elite Leader and an impeccable vehicle, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for regular reservations.

Route65 Executive LLC protects your personal information under California privacy laws (CCPA). Your contact details will only be used for trip management and service notifications.
