This Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the operational, financial, and legal framework between ROUTE65 EXECUTIVE LLC (hereinafter "The Platform") and the LEADER (R65D) (hereinafter "The Partner").

1. LEGAL NATURE AND CODES

THE PLATFORM: Operates exclusively as a technological logistics management platform. It is not a direct transportation provider or employer. It acts as a B2B automator.

LEADER (R65D): The signer accepts their status as an Independent Operator (Natural Person or Incorporated Company) that uses technology to connect with premium transportation demand.

2. ECONOMIC MODEL AND RETENTION (80/20)

The Partner retains the largest share of the generated service value:

• Years 1 and 2: 80% for the Partner / 20% Contribution to the Ecosystem (Support, Technology, and Cyber-shielding).
• Scalability: The contribution will drop to 15% (Year 3) and 10% (Year 6), rewarding continuity and loyalty.
• Gratuities: 100% of tips belong entirely to the Partner.
• Leadership Bonus: Additional 5% for active referrals in their network.

3. EXCELLENCE AND PRODUCTION STANDARDS

The Partner is solely legally responsible for the service to the user. They are obliged to comply with:

• Unit: Model 2018+, Black/Gray color, premium interiors, biannually certified mechanics.
• Legal Shielding: Keep driver's licenses and commercial insurance (TCP/Commercial) current.
• Production: The suggested minimum goal depends on weekly demand to maintain Elite status in the network.

4. IDENTITY AND BRAND PROTECTION

Route65 grants a limited, non-transferrable license to identify as:

• Identification: "Independent Mobility Partner - Certified by Route65".
• Branding: "Powered by Route65 Executive Platform" vehicle sticker. Improper use for external services will be grounds for immediate termination of the shielding.

5. SHIELDING AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any controversy arising from this agreement will be resolved exclusively through Internal Arbitration under US Commercial Code rules (California Jurisdiction), expressly waiving ordinary trials to protect the privacy of the corporate network.
